Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds
